Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from aarovelle.shop.

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. About us

This website, aarovelle.shop, is operated by STANWELLS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as AAROVELLE (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our company details are set out on our Legal Information page. You can contact us at support@aarovelle.shop or +447004835532.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, before placing an order. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you accept them. Our website sells to consumers aged 18 or over.

3. Our products

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its design details, measurements and colour. Product images show the design from the front, the back and in detail, and how it can be styled; other items shown in styled photos are sold separately unless stated. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly.

4. Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown with their currency code (for example USD, EUR or GBP). The currency follows your delivery country and is the currency you will be charged in.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
  • If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How the contract is formed

When you place an order, we send an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address or if we suspect fraud; in that case we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal), which are certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Your full card details are entered on the provider’s secure form and are never stored on our servers. Payment is taken when you place your order. The charge appears on your statement as AAROVELLE.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy, which also sets out processing times, delivery estimates and rates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order before dispatch. After delivery you may return unworn items within 30 days for a refund, and customers in the UK and EU also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. The full conditions, the return process and our model cancellation form are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with this contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will put it right as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Promotions

If we run a promotion or offer a discount code, its specific conditions (such as dates, eligible items and minimum spend) will be shown with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied to orders already placed.

We only deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We do not accept orders for delivery to countries or persons subject to UK, EU or US sanctions. You are responsible for making sure that the goods you order can lawfully be imported into your country.

12. Intellectual property

The AAROVELLE name, our designs, product images, text and the look of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes. If such an event affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.

15. Personal information

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please write to us first; we aim to resolve every complaint quickly and fairly.

17. Language and changes

These terms are written in English. Translations shown on this website are automatic and provided for convenience; if there is any difference, the English version applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
