AAROVELLE is a trading name of STANWELLS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Information we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: what you send us by email, phone or our contact form.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting and security systems, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and we do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), to process payments and prevent fraud. They act under their own privacy policies for some purposes.
- Delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- Our website host and IT providers, who store data on our behalf.
- Translation service: if you choose a language other than English, the text of the page you are viewing is sent from your browser to Google’s translation service to be translated.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers process information outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the financial year of the order, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Customer service messages: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Account information: until you close your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent you have given. To use these rights, email support@aarovelle.shop. We respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Residents of the United States
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant providers, and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to serve you.
